Service
Last Updated: October 24, 2024. These terms govern the use of the Phobos Logistics OS and all associated consulting services.
1. User Obligations & Account Integrity
Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of all credentials used to access the Phobos Logistics platform. Any unauthorized use of the system must be reported immediately to security@phobosconsulting.com.
- • All data provided must be accurate, reflecting real-time yard status and freight manifests.
- • Users must not reverse-engineer the proprietary cloud scheduling algorithms.
- • Access is restricted to authorized personnel defined in the Master Service Agreement.
2. Service Availability
We target high availability for core logistics processing services and communicate planned maintenance windows through the administrator portal. Uptime commitments are defined in individual Master Service Agreements.

Maintenance Protocols
Scheduled maintenance typically occurs during low-velocity periods (Saturdays 02:00 - 04:00 UTC). Notifications will be pushed via dashboard 48 hours prior.
3. Limitation of Liability
PHOBOS CONSULTING SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, INCURRED BY YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION IN CONTRACT OR TORT, ARISING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO, OR USE OF, THE SERVICES.
"Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or related to these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim."
4. Acceptable Use Policy
No Probing
Scanning, testing, or probing the vulnerability of our systems without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited.
Freight Only
Platform must only be used for legitimate logistics and supply chain orchestration purposes.
Clean Data
Users may not transmit any malformed data packets or automated scripts that degrade performance.
